Victoria Omotosho is the Founder & CEO of Sci-Key Solutions, LLC, a remote staffing company where she leads a distributed team. She built the business from the ground up — its client delivery model, its onboarding programs, and the AI-assisted workflows that let a lean team serve enterprise clients.

Her path to leadership ran through the front lines: IT help desk and e-commerce support at Disney, web administration, classroom teaching, and paraprofessional education. That range — technical fluency plus real teaching experience — shapes how she leads: systems that are rigorous, training that actually sticks, and teams that know exactly what great looks like.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a B.S. in Information Technology from Bellevue University, and is currently a doctoral student at Capella, researching organizational leadership and learning. Her certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
